Overall, this is an ok board to cruise around in. Birdhouse isn't exactly known for longboards, but if you want something reasonably priced this is the way to go. The only reason I myself bought the thing was because it was only $50, which was probably a pricing error or something. Don't expect it to be sold for less than double that price, but if it is, go for it.
Oh, and the product description is totally wrong, here's the right one:
